I had a little bit of Sun Chips, crackers and cheese.. :$

But I burned it all off when I worked my ass off in practice ;)

Hell yeah! Had some scrambled eggs, a glass of milk and water when I got home. Oatmeal with berries for breakfast tomorrow; I’m looking forward to it.

Breakfast:

Two whole grain waffles with a total of one tea spoon of butter, yogurt, orange juice and tea.

Lunch:

Chocolate milk and Greek yogurt with blueberries and pommegranite. 

Snack:

Greek yogurt with blueberries and pommegranite, Calypso Kiwi Lemonade (Reh I know /: )

Exercise:

An hour and a half of soccer training tonight, burning (approx) 520 calories.
